- Whoever you are, the path to become a champion is (very) challenging.

- I'm doing my best to help you find the best within you. Then you are responsible for your improvements.

- What you do and integrate in between our conversations is what determines your success.

- The conversations are between you and I only: confidentiality.

- coaching in English or in French.

- I ask HKD800, which is about 95 Euro, per sessions. Sessions last, in general, about 1hour.

- also in general, after 5-8 sessions we're done. You got what you need and good to go, till another big challenge comes up for you.

Former tennis pro, been 680ATP at my best. Kept learning about everything related to becoming stronger mentally, emotionally and physically.

This lead me to:

- be certified Strongfirst Elite instructor. Basically, I like to play with kettlebells and train others to do too.

- be certified in NLP, life coaching, and helped, what, 50 people in 1 to 1 sessions since I started online coaching in 2010?

- be certified yoga instructor. And also other fitness modalities.

- learn anything I can during 7 years and published a course on the topic of breathing.

- wrote 2 books, Ta Réelle Victoire and The Confidence Journey.

Living the dream for me is to assist people to be Strong and Free. And this is what I've been doing, coaching Arthur Fery for the last 7 years. And before this with others who also had big dreams, mostly in tennis, to achieve.

While I'm married with an awesome soul at the same time!
